A framework that focuses on the identification of audience needs and practical tools to communicate value will support in this engagement process.
About the Presenter
In addition to supporting Bayesia USA’s commercial efforts, Clare provides custom Bayesian network and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries, via the company she founded, Bayesian Consulting Services, Inc. One of her key foci is in supporting the socialization of the findings and benefits of Bayesian networks within client organizations, helping to ensure broad acceptance of the approach and resulting strategic choices. Prior to focusing specifically on Bayesian network applications, Clare supported pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers with strategic consulting and market research needs. Clare also held several sales and sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Clare holds her MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
