Monitor - Multiple Selection (5.0.2)

The multiple selection of the Monitors have been enhanced to allow using the Shift and Ctrl Keys:

• Ctrl: add/remove to the selected monitors list the selected monitor
• Shift: add/remove to the selected monitors list the monitors that are contiguous with the currently selected monitor and the last selected one
