Visual Analysis — Overall
Context
The Overall submenu covers analysis functions that allow you to evaluate your Bayesian network as a whole. Thus, all measures produced in this context are visualized simultaneously through node colors, shapes, arc comments, arc widths, etc., for the entire network. When examining a newly learned Bayesian network, these tools are a good starting point for getting the “big picture” of a problem domain. Typically, these quantitative visualizations go hand in hand with optimizing the display of the Bayesian network structure using layout algorithms.
