Temporal Index Layout
The Temporal Index Layout function creates horizontal layers of nodes based on their Temporal Indices. Each layer consists of nodes with the same Temporal Index, and nodes within each layer are evenly spaced horizontally. The layers of nodes are arranged from top to bottom in increasing order of the Temporal Index values, meaning nodes “earlier” in the temporal order are above nodes with a “later” index. Within each layer, nodes are arranged alphabetically by their names.
Usage
Select Menus > View > Layout > Temporal Index Layout. If you select nodes before running the algorithm, the Temporal Index Layout applies only to the selection.
