Edit Filtered States
Context
In this panel, you can specify a Filtered State or Filtered Value for a node. Only one Filtered State/Value is allowed per node, whether continuous or discrete. This state is used to represent values that logically cannot exist, for instance the variable for a male survey respondent. In this context, neither state of , i.e., , would make sense. So, the Filtered State/Value represents an additional state, “not applicable.” Thus, the variable gets a third state: (or Filtered Value).
