Constants Icon

• If any Constants are defined in the network, the  icon is displayed in the Status Bar.
• Clicking on the icon opens the Constants Editor.
• The Constants Editor is only accessible via the  icon in the Modeling Mode.
• In Validation Mode the  icon remains visible but is grayed out.
