Edit Temporal Indices (9.0)
Overview & Context
- Temporal Indices allow you to specify a time order of nodes in a Bayesian network, which is taken into account during network learning.
- For instance, if Disease has a Temporal Index value lower than Symptom, it implies that Disease occurs before Symptom.
- As a result, any network learning algorithm would not consider Symptom as a parent node of Disease.
Updated Feature: Index Values
-
As of version 9.0, Temporal Indices can now be defined on a continuous scale.
-
Temporal Indices can take on positive real values or 0.
Usage
-
