Structure
Context
- The evaluation of Bayesian networks and the analysis of their structures is a central element of many workflows in BayesiaLab.
- For this purpose, BayesiaLab offers the Structural Network Comparison tool. It can compare a so-called "reference" network with one or multiple other networks with regard to arcs, edges, and V-structures.
There are two principal ways to utilize Structural Network Comparison:
- Direct Structural Network Comparison: You can directly compare your current network with one other network that you select manually.
- Structural Network Comparison in Analysis Context: This type of Structural Network Comparison is available at the conclusion of certain analysis functions so that you can compare the networks that were generated as part of the preceding analysis.
