Assessment

Context

• The Assessment function is available for Bayesian networks that have been parameterized through the Bayesia Expert Knowledge Elicitation Environment.

Usage

• Export a network per expert:
  • Select a destination directory.
  • For each expert, a network with the same structure, but with the probabilities provided only by that expert, will be saved in this directory. When no probability is provided by that expert, the consensus of the other experts is used.
• Export Probability Assessments:
  • Exports all assessments provided by the experts into a database.
  • The database contains a column for each node with assessments, a column with the corresponding probability given by the expert, a column for the confidence of this assessment, plus the expert name and the time spent on the assessment (see Assessments).
• Export Expert Assessments:
  • Exports, for each cell of each table with assessments, the probability given by each expert and the associated confidence into a database.
  • There are two columns per expert, one for the probability and the other for the confidence.
  • A Weight column provides a weight for each row, corresponding to 1 / number of states (see Assessments).
