Network Extraction

Context

  • A network can be extracted directly from the results of Arc Confidence or Targeted Cross-Validation. This option is available from the corresponding report.
  • The Network Extraction button displays this dialog box:

This tool automatically creates a network in which all arcs have a frequency greater than or equal to the indicated threshold. With this operation, only the strongest relationships between variables are kept.

The network’s conditional probability tables are learned from the initial data.
