Resampling

Four cross-validation tools are available:

  • Arc Confidence: for computing the robustness of the unsupervised learning algorithms
  • Data Perturbation: either for computing the robustness of the learning algorithms or for optimizing the learning results
  • Targeted: for computing the robustness of the supervised learning algorithms
  • Network Extraction: for extracting a network from Arc Confidence or Targeted Cross-Validation results
